The box
What an AMM is — and what graduate does
An AMM is a vending machine: cash + token in one Uniswap pool. Buy takes tokens out. Sell takes cash out. If the token pile is $34, a $5,000 buy cannot fill. Tokens in a wallet do not count — only what sits in the box.
Pump.fun fills a curve first (the contract is the other side, so a buy always fills). Around a raise line (~85 SOL of buys) it dumps the collected cash + leftover tokens into a real pool and burns the LP. First book is sized to demand. Team cannot pull it.
We do the human version today. Chip USDG here until the floor. Graduate does not move money by itself — it opens Team with that raise as the wall chip so you sign the Uniswap mint. LP NFT stays in your wallet (not burned yet). Same book as seats. Super Chain is queued after.
Risks — plain
- Desk ledger for community funding. On-chain curves can replace later — same story.
- Tokens can go to zero. Graduation does not guarantee a good market.
- Super Chain at graduate = queued peer wiring, not silent instant deploys everywhere.
- You stay the issuer. Pool Pilot does not custody your keys.
